Rule Number 1: You are NOT your body!
We tend to confuse ourselves with our bodies. Except that our body has absolutely nothing to do with who we are. It embodies us - literally. But it’s not more and not less than that.
The body is the home you live in - but it’s not YOU

Rule Number 2: You don’t have a problem with your body, but with your Ego
It is alone our Ego that started to confuse itself with the body at one point. So when you got attached to the shape of your body and when this started to determine whether you like yourself or not, then you can be sure that your Ego has begun to project itself onto it. This means that in reality, all of your body-issues are actually ego-issues.
The Ego uses the body for self-presentation
For the Ego, it’s all about appearance
The Ego tries to compensate inner weakness with outer perfection
Rule Number 3: Don’t fight the wrong!
Based on what I wrote under Rule Number 2 you might have started to see your body as the enemy that has to be defeated. But what you rather need to do than working on your body is working on your mindset - the body will transform naturally on this path.
Inner work > outer work: The body always just mirrors the soul. Change your mindset, not your body.
Instead of fighting your body, fight your Ego
Treat your body with respect - it’s the only home you’ll ever have
